Payment

All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through Paypal.  KrisCartelle is a verified business member.                                                  You do not need a paypal account to checkout.  E-checks take on average 5-7 days to clear, e-check payments are not considered complete until cleared.

Shipping

I want to make sure your order reaches its intended destination without delay!  Please make sure both your shipping address is up to date before completing checking out. If you are shipping a gift directly, you may edit your address during checkout so that it is your recipient's shipping address.

Once payment is complete, orders ship within 3 business days.

U.S. ORDERS ($2.50) ship via USPS first class mail (3-5 day service) with delivery confirmation and tracking.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ($4.50) ship via USPS first class mail international  and do not include tracking.  Typical delivery within 6-20 days (Italy, Germany, and Mexico may be longer).  Your country may impose customs fees or taxes which you will be responsible for. 

Order over $100 will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Service with insurance coverage.

If you need a rush order, please contact before ordering to ensure that it will be possible.

GIFT ORDERS:                                                                                                                                                          All packages are shipped ready for gift giving in jewelry gift boxes with ribbon. I’d be happy to ship directly to your gift recipient and add a special message from you on a gift card. Simply add the recipients shipping address and your message to them in the 'message to seller' at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase just return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price.  Sorry shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges of equal value are allowed within 7 days, and the item returned in the original condition.
